B1/L1 visa cannot be used for coding and client cannot be billed for their time. And also L1 visa cannot be used to work at client place. It is intra-company visa. B1 visa cannot be used to do coding or programming work.

They were using this as an excuse either to transfer or terminate me (if I dont go with the transfer).

So what needs to be done is, make sure Indian workers there in the US/UK are all fitted with eyecams and allow Chinese to watch through them and they will inform you exactly when and which Indian person needs to be ‘shifted’ from his place of work ‘because he got too comfortable with surroundings’. If the employee refuses, use that as an excuse for terminating him.

Make sure Indian students or software workers in US or UK or elsewhere do not get rental accommodation to live in, are not able to buy any house or otherwise progress in life in anyways.

You ‘American babies’ gave too much too soon and now are faulting me for understanding too little, too late. If you give too much too soon (counting chickens before they hatch) the opponent (India) gets courage that they already got what they wanted hence what will happen if they dont give me?

Use the opportunity
to get Infosys implicated and make them pack up and leave their business operations

I was hiddenly hoping for. But they were giving more and more visas for Indians.
If you want to give visas, first make sure you give only to the company that
has me already employed. Dont pay money or kind before there is even promise of a deal
(deal is to get me out to the US/UK/Aus) and which company has employed me. Update: There is NO DEAL. Software company is not the way for me to go to US. So stop patronizing software. Meet me on the road and pick me up. Use pickup code: Use my name! Call me by name! Mohan! Over here! Get in the car! or something like that. I will check that you are actually white people before getting in the car.

Dont do stupid things like putting court cases on Infosys and drawing huge legal
work and fees upon yourself. Burden of proof is on you then. DOnt do stupid things like shooting and killing Indians.
Simply dont do business with India software companies. Sensing lack of business, they will
pack up and leave US on their own. Also see my earlier post “My advice and plan of action” on how Indian students should be emasculated and neutered while they sleep, lest they get the courage to ask western woman out on a date! (I know this sounds silly, but I have to use this ‘sex’ as a card thing for those psychology researchers who are pushing sex to make me into trying – I can only do so much)

Now I DONT WANT job in software industry as I DO NOT see it as a path for sex for wife
in US/UK/Aus. I know I have to make this clear because the stupid psychologists manipulating
the Internet are pushing me again and again saying asking me to try. I can only do so much to try. I can only lead a horse to water. Dont give even single visa to Indians, Dont do business with India software companies (deny them case-by-case basis, not with a blanket discrimination rule). Put eyecams on all Indian pests and let the Chinese watch and tell you exactly who is about to get something by way of life advancement that should be vindicated and pre-emptively denied.
