I have been repeatedly listening to three tracks for the past few days.

My usual insomniac sleeping pattern has replaced itself with sounder deep sleep,
but I noticed I have become more lethargic and reclusive during daytime,
and my ‘minimum decibel level’ where I pay attention to other
peoples’ speeches has gone down…
So if you are unable to sleep good at night, try listening to these
again and again (especially the ‘Those Shoes’).
