Update: I have given up (already gave up in 1998 itself). I am not trying anymore to open doors that I know are locked by India conspiracy targeted against me without seeing tangible visible matter-of-fact, stern support from US/UK side. Those baby-kids, instead of sending a stern hidden message, are sending out mixed messages by choosing Infosys as IT strategy partner (Syngenta bastards did this!) even after Infosys has got sued in B1 visa abuse case. The most you can ‘punish’ Infosys using legal methods is to fine them. It is also more work for you because you have to prepare burden of proof. Also you are creating open confrontation, hostile environment leaving room for retaliation. Because such news is visible in India. Instead, you should just have stopped doing business with Indian companies and they will pack up and leave America on their own. That is what I expect you to do. Dont do stupid things! Simply stop doing business with India-owned or India-involved software businesses. That should do. Dont do stupid things like shoot and kill Indians. THEN You will go to jail.

‘TCS has stopped filing visas!’ – this is not enough. TCS should not be able to do any business with US/UK/elsewhere. They should be made to close down due to lack of business.

Update: I know this ‘eyecam’ thing could be hard to believe. REPORTEDLY ‘Bionic eyes’ research has only recently began producing fruit (thats what they say). - Do not employ software workers from India, in the US.
- When you know an IT project will involve staffing by Indian software workers, drop the project idea altogether.
- Do not patronize, deal with India-based software companies, including companies that primarily develop their software using Indians, this includes IBM, Accenture and EDS.
- It is easier to make smaller India-based software companies close down first. For example, these companies ill-treated me with ‘eyewash’ interviews when they never had any intention of employing me dont do business with them. List: Opus Software (opussoftware.com), Kumaran Systems (kumaransystems.com), Calsoft Labs (calsoftlabs.com), Photon Infotech (photon.in), Helios and Matheson (heliosmatheson.com). Do not patronize especially these companies: TCS and Wipro. They purposely said they will not give me job before my face: ‘we will not give you’. How come you Americans are giving software business to them? Ethically, you shouldnt have given L1/H1/B1 software work visas to Indians without having given me first.
- Sack, terminate or layoff Indian IT workers in your establishment. Do not renew their employment contracts. They shouldnt have had that jobs in the first place. I am qualified to say this because I invented software in the first place… I named it ‘software’… Indians cannot be using ‘my image’ to gain money power and prestige when I am being persecuted here.
- Indian IT companies they all know me they have NO PLANS (COLD WAR;CONSPIRACY) of ever employing me and sending me onward to the US/UK. YOU can now take all the offensive action against Indians and Indian software. Dont give them work visas or greencards. Shoulda done so long before.
- Do not buy or hold Infosys/Cognizant/Wipro equities listed on NASDAQ (you shouldnt have allowed them to list in the stock exchange in the first place). I check their stock prices everyday and they show no signs of crashing in a deathward spiral.

These are things you should know by yourself! I can only give you hints and clues and cannot openly mention ‘country name’ because it is not good in the eyes of the audience (international audience I know). Since (and even after) I have written this post in November 2011, the following companies have started fresh deals with Indian software companies: Friends Life Insurance UK, Premier Foods UK, Telefonica UK, AstraZeneca UK and most recently, Syngenta. Do not patronize companies backed by Indians (example: Posterous, Zoho, Slideshare etc.). Use other alternatives.
Do not let Indians ‘onsite’ software projects. If the Indian companies cannot send ME onsite, they shouldnt be able to send anyone else either. I have the right to demand this because I am the father of software technology, personal computing, internet and email.
Do not patronize, do business with or deal with Indian software companies especially the named companies below (Calsoft Labs, cognizant, wipro, TCS, infosys, kumaran system, opus software, photon, Virtusa etc). If you do patronize them, be aware that you are insulting me, the father of software technology, email, internet and personal computing…(I concepted these – they created false history) because it is against my best interests and you are spoiling/have spoilt my life. I am demanding to get sent to the US/UK onsite immediately after a brief employment in Chennai location only as Java Architect or Consultant (any job title will do if it means confirmed me getting sent to the US/UK, BUT in this situation a ‘developer’ cannot get B1 or L1 visa, so I have to be ‘Architect’ or above level-no coding), direct, permanent employment only (not ‘contract to hire’ – it takes a long time (almost impossible) to get to US using ‘contract to hire’ positions; Indians will make sure I will always remain on ‘contract’) and get sent to the US/UK asap for having been the founding father of the software technology field in the first place. This software field will not have come to exist had it not been for me. Ask for my profile by my name for onsite assignments. AON Hewitt – This company offered me “Developer/Analyst” post when I had specifically said I had attended interview only for “Team Lead” post. One cannot get to go to the US using this job title in the current situation. Because you cannot do ‘coding’ on B1 visa – it is against US immigration rules… They said they didnt find me suitable for Team Lead post. Also note that the Indians are only giving this type of company from which there is no chance of ever getting to go to the U.S. instead of giving me employment in big companies that file regular B1/L1/H1 visas like Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, etc. (conspiracy) It means they are degrading me by putting me in a difficult situation from which it is hard or impossible to get out to go to the US/UK. This is a conspiracy.
IBM India in Chennai, Pune (attended interview in 2007-2009, applied many times after that over several yrs, didnt give me job)
NIIT (I applied to NIIT after having studied GNIIT they didnt give me job, even my first job Telesis technologies was given only out of compulsion because NIIT placement cell ‘had to’ place me. Telesis is a small company from which it is difficult to get to go to the US/UK/Australia because they dont have existing clients there and are not filing regular onsite visas B1/L1/H1 visas (It is done through their colleague company SystemLogic). Cognizant was also taking people at the same time I came out of NIIT yet they didnt give me in Cognizant, because they know that if they give me in Cognizant, I will get to go to US. So they are holding me back on purpose. Even before Telesis, I applied to DSQ, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, INFOSYS… None of them even called me for interview.

You can now guess what kind of unethical white crooks calling themselves CRF would certify this company as such. This company calls itself a $6 billion enterprise, 85000 professionals, operations in 31 countries and they cant give one fucking decent job to me (oh no it will become 85001 then!) and you can know that those white crook companies in US/UK/Australia are their clients)
