India is trying to stall, delay and eyewash the issue with sending me
on wild goose chases, red herrings while the tactic is to buy time
in order to psychologically extract more money power influence and prestige
from the gullible west. I have already clearly said ‘DONT EMPLOY INDIANS’

There is a need to deliver a stern,unified,solidarified,united,concerted response. If you continue to do business with India’s software companies then that is nt the message. Those Syngenta bastards recently selected Infosys as IT strategy partner! (November 2011) How come? Infosys must be implicated in the court case and moratarium imposed on them for abusing the B1/L1 visa programme as a means of sidestepping the H1B visa requirements. The moratarium is that for 36 months, Infosys or TCS or Wipro or Polaris should not be able to file any visa. Those who are already there in US through these companies on B1/L1 visas should be started to investigate as to which American employer is getting billed for the same. Then that American employer should be prosecuted against for allowing this to happen. So it is lesson for others using B1/L1 employees. B1/L1 visa cannot be used for coding and client cannot be billed for their time. And also L1 visa cannot be used to work at client place. It is intra-company visa. B1 visa cannot be used to do coding or programming work.

The response you ‘American babies’ deliver should be smooth, something that would happen in due course of time, not something full of vile,hatred,scorn and spite. It should look like ‘this is standard procedure for one and all in all cases this happens.’ India should not be able to connect that all this happened because they (Indians) enemified me. First of all, I never identified with anything Indian or Indian food. I have always identified with hamburger and pizza and British food (meat,fish and chips), fish fillets, potato fries, pomme fries, french fries, onion rings, and not with indian food. Also I want to make it clear that this person called ‘Muthu Arul’ and his wife ‘Sasikala’ with a son or daughter named ‘Asana’ are NOT my relatives. This Muthu Arul address is Ginger Drive, Edison, NJ. They are of a competing lineage and are NOT me. I dont see myself in them. If anything, he has always annoyed and irritated me. He operates a company called WELCO INTERNATIONAL and that Sasikala bitch operates a company called SASCO SYSTEMS and she sponsored H1B for her relative namely “Kishore”. Presumably this SASCO systems is in the business of procuring and placing people on US projects. In fact, this Sasikala was told by local bigwigs that I am not supposed to have employment in their company when they were in Chennai and that goddamn bloody asshole Muthu Arul listened to Sasikala and sacked me from employment! So now I am saying, dont give any projects to SASCO SYSTEMS, dont do any business with WELCO INTERNATIONAL (they are in textile import/export business-supplying towels and other textiles for use in three star and above hotels-cut off all business with welco international – it should go bankrupt).

For the benefit of psychologists manipulating the internet who read my every word and who put ‘principles before person’, My ‘relatives’ are grandpa and mommy and if you want someone to identify with,lets say Newt Gingrich and Hilary Clinton are grandpa and mommy. US/UK couldnt get me out on time, so with the passage of time, India got more and more courage to inject me even more with expired medicines and now latest last year they have had me castrated and vasectomized without my knowledge.

Now, I want to tell you about a trick that the Indians employed when I was working in Satyam in Chennai. They conducted a little ‘multiple choice’ test ostensibly for measuring employee skills and then they said based on the results of the test I have to go to Visakhapatnam where I will be trained and sent further to work in any other place like Gurgaon, Pune, etc! Why? Because they couldnt stand me getting settled for a long time in a particular place. They want to keep giving invisible trouble. Why should I go to Visakhapatnam? Lot of other people near my house are working in the same company (Wipro, Infosys etc) staying in the same place for ages without ‘transfer’. They were using this as an excuse either to transfer or terminate me (if I dont go with the transfer).

So what needs to be done is, make sure Indian workers there in the US/UK are all fitted with eyecams and allow Chinese to watch through them and they will inform you exactly when and which Indian person needs to be ‘shifted’ from his place of work ‘because he got too comfortable with surroundings’. If the employee refuses, use that as an excuse for terminating him.

Make sure Indian students or software workers in US or UK or elsewhere do not get rental accommodation to live in, are not able to buy any house or otherwise progress in life in anyways.

You ‘American babies’ gave too much too soon and now are faulting me for understanding too little, too late. If you give too much too soon (counting chickens before they hatch) the opponent (India) gets courage that they already got what they wanted hence what will happen if they dont give me?

Before ‘push’ing me in Cognizant (‘wife image!’) and allowing Cognizant to import large number of people from India, you should have first made sure that I am already employed by Cognizant. Even that basic due diligence check you didnt do.

Same thing with SystemLogic. You ‘pushed’ me using someone on the road that go and ask there is a huge bunch of interview going on and I said they wont give because they have reason – I had just joined Telesis (group company of SystemLogic) and they will use the excuse that you have been here only 3 months; there are lot of other senior people who have to be sent first to the US. Also – skillset mismatch is another excuse – I am java/j2ee person – they didnt allow me exposure in Mainframe or anything like that for fear I will use that experience to leave to go to US – so you cannot really ask me to produce different skillset in resume. of course I can fake it. BUT be clear that those Indians whose hands I have to pass through will easily find an excuse that he is java person not mainframe person.

MORAL; DONT GIVE UNLESS YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT IN RETURN, FIRST.

Because, Indains know I cant get to go to the US on Developer post because
it will amount to abuse of B1 visa itself. B1 visa cannot be given for coders. Also, these companies are not on US Consulate dropbox B1 express visa list. Thats why I am demanding employment as Java Architect with my 11.5 year experience. Then, I can get B1 or L1 or H1. (Note:I have since clarified that I dont want any job from India software industry, they will not give, and you Americans/Brits meet me on the road and take me home)

Check records of American employers that ‘paid the billing rate’ for having Infosys’ employees on B1 visa in their campuses and take action against them. That should serve as hidden threat against anyone thinking of doing such kind of thing again. B1 visa or L1 visa holders cannot be billed for their time from the client. Call for records.

Use the opportunity
to get Infosys implicated and make them pack up and leave their business operations
outside of the United States. Not only Infosys, I challenge that I will also get TCS, WIpro, Polaris, HCL get kicked out of the United States once and for all!

The L1 visa is regularly abused by Indian companies to place people
on client sites and bill the client for their time. It is against the rules.
I refer to my earlier post ‘your go-to knowledge base re;visas and use it against Indian software companies operating in United states’.

Indian should not get even one more visa of the US.
Those who already got and are there (thousands of them) shoud be terminated
at the earliest possible opportunity. What I cannot have, they cannot have.

My position: Ask these countries to block twitter altogether in their countries. Twitter was created in USA and is only answerable to US laws. Twitter cannot bend itself to the whims and vagaries of particular countries. Any particular country getting to use twitter is a matter of privilege, not a matter of right. Let them create their own social network or microblogging network, and then censor or control that! Twitter should stand by its principles that it is answerable only to the laws of the USA. My position on allowing RAW access to my eyecam feed in realtime: big mistake. RAW must pay money to USA for being allowed access to my eyecam feed. I identify with See-Ming Lee (Origin: China)
but never identified with any Indian. If anything, Indians have always annoyed and irritated me to the core. I ‘do not’ see myself in any Indian.

I can see myself in Stephen Fry.
I can see myself in Robert Scoble.
