What can I do? They could have very well employed me when I was out of GNIIT
program – but they took other students but didnt employ me. This was done

Atleast then those ‘Americans’ should have sensed the situation come to their
senses and stopped patronizing Indian software business since 2001. Thats what
I was hiddenly hoping for. But they were giving more and more visas for Indians.
If you want to give visas, first make sure you give only to the company that
has me already employed. Dont pay money or kind before there is even promise of a deal
(deal is to get me out to the US/UK/Aus) and which company has employed me. Update: There is NO DEAL. Software company is not the way for me to go to US. So stop patronizing software. Dont do stupid things like putting court cases on Infosys and drawing huge legal
work and fees upon yourself. Burden of proof is on you then. DOnt do stupid things like shooting and killing Indians.
Simply dont do business with India software companies. Sensing lack of business, they will
pack up and leave US on their own. Now I DONT WANT job in software industry as I DO NOT see it as a path for sex for wife
in US/UK/Aus. I know I have to make this clear because the stupid psychologists manipulating

Dont give even single visa to Indians, Dont do business with India software companies (deny them case-by-case basis, not with a blanket discrimination rule). Put eyecams on all Indian pests and let the Chinese watch and tell you exactly who is about to get something by way of life advancement that should be vindicated and pre-emptively denied.
