The 3V’s of inborn talent required to operate an incubator/accelerator

Can an individual who has never run a company proficiently operate an incubator/accelerator?

I think it is more of the volume, value and variety (3V) of inborn individual talent that manifests itself.
Volume = amount of work to manage,
Value = ability to prioritize which things to do first so as to generate max value,
Variety = ability to handle variety of tasks simultaneously – legal, HR, operations, marketing, accounting, etc.
